如貨品有現貨，本店將會在您下單後的48小時內寄出貨品

如貨品缺忽現貨，本店將會即日為您向韓國訂購，韓國送達香港須要7－14天

無論如何, 本店承諾貨品將會在您下單後30天內會寄出. 請耐心等侯喔

貨品下訂後， 如韓國廠商出現停產，本店會將會為停產的貨品作退款*，訂單內其他貨品將會如常寄出.

*若退款後不達免運額，餘下貨品仍會免運費配送（只適用於退款前訂單滿免運額）

訂單寄出後, 本店會提供順豐單號, 以作訂單追蹤

Once your order has been processed and the item(s) is in-stock, your order will be shipped within 2 business days.

Should any of the item(s) in your order requires pre-ordering, we will ship your order entirely when the item has been restocked. Pre-ordering will require between 7-14 working days.

In any case, we promise that your order will be shipped out to you no later than 30 days after order confirmation. We appreciate your patience in advance :)

Should there be a discontinuation on any item(s) within your order, we will process a refund for that discontinued item*. The rest of the unaffected items within the order will be processed and shipped as normal.

*We will provide free shipping for the rest of the order even if the amount after refund has not reached $700 (Only application to order over $700 before refund).

You will be notified via email / text when the order has been shipped and be provided with a tracking number.

We offer delivery services via SFExpress and provide tracking for all shipments.

We offer free delivery upon a purchase of $700 or above.

Free delivery will only be offered once per applicable order, should an order include both in stock and pre-order items, we will by default ship out the entirety of the order once we receive the pre-order item(s). Should you wish to receive in stock items first, shipping will need to be paid by yourself, even if the value of the instock item(s) is over $700.

*Please ensure you fill out the correct address with contact person and contact number for processing.

The Monoclo is not liable for any mis-deliveries due to incorrect contact / delivery information given to us.

Returns & Exchange
